Students needing a Book Emergency Loan must have applied for Financial Aid and be in good standing as far as their Satisfactory Academic Progress (2.0 GPA and have passed 67% of classes taken).Students must have already registered and must have submitted all requested documents before they come to Financial Aid.Refunds will be available beginning on February 15th.Financial Aid payments for any course that does not start at the beginning of the semester will not be paid out until after the course has started and attendance has been verified. You should be receiving your Refund Selection Kit from Bank Mobile in the mail, if you have not already received one.In order to receive an undergraduate tuition waiver for 50 percent (50%) of the total tuition, the dependent must gain admission to the university where the parent or legal guardian is employed, or in the case of dependent children of the IHL Executive Office, at any of the eight state universities, and make a formal written request to the Office of Financial Aid of the respective institution.In cases wherein both parents or legal guardians are eligible employees, a tuition waiver of one hundred percent (100%) shall be provided to the dependent children.If an appeal is approved, the student will be on academic probation and must go on an academic plan.ASU has ONE summer term with several different class start dates.

There will be NO book charges after January 17th (no exceptions).Financial Aid Disbursements and Refunds Spring 2017 Financial Aid payments will be based on enrollment at the 10% point of the semester (January 17th).
