Wrong email updating apps
Till now the App Store never asked me a password different from the one I've set when create the Apple account.
Today, for no apparent reason, it asked me a different email while I was trying to update my apps.
Edit I recognized that I haven't problems updating other apps, just one: whatsapp.
i have app sync and instalous 5 is ther a fix for this? Do you have multiple instances of the same app in i Tunes on your PC?
Is there any way of inquiring the ID under which an app was purchased? Because it has attracted low-quality or spam answers that had to be removed, posting an answer now requires 10 reputation on this site (the association bonus does not count).

I had a few issues with used iphones and had to get devices unauthorized from original owners account before I could sync/setup with my own, as they have synce with 5 pc's and could not sync anymore.
- try disabling icloud backup of apps, as may have cracked app in icloud and defaulting to force update Is it one app in particular?
